    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • Neoza partners with TCS for secure and reliable delivery services.

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of your order. You can check the rates using the TCS Rate Calculator.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Within major cities in Pakistan: 2-4 business days.

    • For remote areas: 4-7 business days.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.

  5. Delivery Areas:

    • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

    • If you are unsure whether your location is serviceable, please contact our customer care team.

  6. Shipping Restrictions:

    • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

    • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries:
